requires public school buildings to be equipped with panic alarm linked to local law enforcement. Signed

- Bill A2190 / S3108: Requires
school districts to incorporate instruction in grades six through 12 on law and meaning of consent for physical contact
and sexual activity as part of Student Learning Standards in Comprehensive Health and Physical Education. Assembly:
Passed 2-15-18 substituted for senate bill. Senate: passed 12-17-18. Sent to Governor
for signing.
